  • Partner with finance and accounting teams on month-end close, reconciliations, audit preparation, and workflow optimization.

  • Develop and maintain custom financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support leadership and compliance needs.

  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, with a focus on finance staff.

  • Transition into hands-on accounting duties within the ERP environment once implementation is complete (financial close, analysis, compliance, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Strong background in finance or accounting with solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting for business entities.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Unanet, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), particularly financial modules.

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis; experience with business intelligence tools or report writers is a plus.

  • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, administration, or financial systems support.

  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business and financial needs into effective system solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with finance, operations, and IT teams.

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

  • Experience in local, state, federal or tribal government environments is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive base salary with room for growth based on experience and performance.

  • Generous paid time off, including tribal holidays.

  • Professional development opportunities (ERP certifications, training, etc.).

  • The opportunity to live and work in the beautiful Hoopa Valley while contributing directly to tribal economic development and community well-being.
